Meet Chef Ntsako Baloyi.

SA Kitchen USA was founded by Chef Ntsako Baloyi, a native of Limpopo, South Africa. His journey into the culinary arts was anything but traditional. After studying Human Resources at Nelson Mandela University and later Education at Rosebank College, Ntsako discovered his true passion in food.
He pursued that passion at the Limpopo Chefs Academy, where his love for cooking grew into a lifelong purpose.

From there, Chef Baloyi’s path took him across the globe, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in world-class kitchens. He sharpened his skills at Hannah Game Lodge in Limpopo before bringing his talents to the United States. His experience includes Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri and the prestigious Sea Island Resort in Georgia, a Forbes Five-Star property.
Each kitchen added depth, discipline, and creativity to his expanding repertoire.

Later, Chef Baloyi took on leadership roles in Colorado, serving as lead chef at a wine bar and a Cajun-inspired restaurant. These opportunities helped him strengthen his technical skillset and define his own culinary philosophy:
blending precise, modern techniques with bold, soulful flavors inspired by his South-African roots.

Today, through SA Kitchen USA, Chef Baloyi brings this refined blend of culture, skill, and authenticity to every dish he creates. His mission is simple yet powerful:
to craft unforgettable dining experiences that honor tradition, embrace wellness, and bring people together.
