Meet Chef Baloyi.

SA Kitchen USA was founded by Chef Ntsako Baloyi, a proud native of Limpopo, South Africa. His path to the culinary arts was far from traditional. After initially pursuing Human Resources at Nelson Mandela University and later Education at Rosebank College, Ntsako discovered his true calling in food. He went on to refine his craft professionally at the Limpopo Chefs Academy, where his passion for cooking transformed into a lifelong pursuit.

From there, Chef Baloyi journey took him across the globe, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in world-class kitchens. He sharpened his skills at Hannah Game Lodge in Limpopo, then brought his talents to the United States, where he worked at Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri and the distinguished Sea Island Resort in Georgia, a Forbes Five-Star property. Each experience added layers of expertise, discipline, and creativity to his growing repertoire.

Later, Chef Baloyi stepped into leadership roles, serving as lead cook at a Colorado wine bar and a Cajun-inspired restaurant. These opportunities not only expanded his technical knowledge but also allowed him to develop his own cooking philosophy: blending precise culinary techniques with the bold, soulful flavors rooted in his South African heritage.

Today, through SA Kitchen USA, Chef Baloyi brings this unique blend of culture, skill, and passion to every dish he creates. His mission is simple yet profound: to craft meals that honor tradition while creating unforgettable dining experiences that bring people together.
